Highcliffe Homemade “Tangy” Marmalade

My mothers traditional “Tangy” marmalade mixes local ingredients with the juiciest Saville oranges. This is a family recipe I grew up with. Mum used to make it by the truck load every February when we were on the farm in Cornwall so we had a good supply all year round. She has now passed on the recipe so we can make it for you at Highcliffe.

If you like it you can buy it!

We like to think that you can take a bit of Highcliffe back home with you. Ask us when you’re here about details on how to get your hands on our Marmalade.

Subject to availability.
